Jiangsu Chuanrun Ousheng Hydraulic Co., Ltd. (formerly Jiangsu OSCEN Hydraulic Technology Co., Ltd.) is located in Qidong City, Jiangsu Province, which is known as "Jiangfeng Haiyun North Shanghai". It is located in the one-hour economic circle of Shanghai, an international metropolis, with convenient transportation, beautiful scenery, sufficient resources and suitable natural conditions. The company was established on September 2, 2008, with a registered capital of 25.8 million yuan. It is a high-tech enterprise integrating design and development, manufacturing and sales, and complete sets of engineering projects.
The company's main Rexroth four series of products: OS10V series production (18, 28, 45, 71, 100, 140) six specifications of products. OS4V series produces (40, 71, 125, 180, 250) five specifications of products; OS7V series produces (40, 55, 58, 78, 80, 107, 117, 160) eight specifications of products, and OS2F series (45, 55, 63, 80, 107, 125, 160) a total of 26 specifications of products and its various control methods: regular control (pressure control, flow control, power control and combinations thereof), hydraulic control, servo/proportional control, digital control.
At present, the company has 120 employees, 42 college or above, accounting for 35% of the total number of employees; 24 scientific and technological personnel engaged in high-tech research and development, accounting for 20% of the total number of employees. The company covers an area of 30380 square meters and a construction area of 20767 square meters. It has a modern scientific research and experimental office building of 7800 square meters and a standardized production plant of more than 10000 square meters. In terms of equipment, due to the high precision of hydraulic products, the processing and testing equipment purchased by the company, such as machining centers, turning centers, precision grinders, hydraulic test benches, etc., are all foreign brands such as Hating in the United States and Mazak in Japan, which effectively ensures the quality stability in the processing process. In the testing equipment, there are a number of high-precision testing equipment, such as three-coordinate measuring instrument, pneumatic measuring instrument, roughness measuring instrument, tensile testing machine, comprehensive hydraulic test station and so on, which provide strong support for product processing and assembly quality. The complete hardware facilities have laid the foundation for the company's leapfrog development.
The company attaches great importance to independent innovation. The Nantong Engineering Technology Research Center built in 2009 has a laboratory of more than 800 square meters, complete R & D equipment and advanced testing methods, which provides advanced equipment guarantee for the research and development of this project. The engineering center extensively cooperates with universities and scientific research institutes in production, education and research. In the development process, it has successively cooperated with Taiyuan University of Science and Technology, Hefei University of Technology School of Materials and other units, and hired relevant experts and professors to the company for technical guidance and technical lectures, Training technicians to provide technical support for the center's new product research and development.
After several years of development and experience accumulation, the company has become the production base of domestic hydraulic pumps, providing products for large-scale metallurgical industries in China. In 2012, the A4V125 displacement hydraulic pump provided to Baosteel was tested for 12000 hours on its 2050 finishing rolling hydraulic servo system line. The result was lower than the noise of the original German Rexroth pump, and the online life was 1873 hours higher than that of the original pump.
Future target market positioning: increase the domestic host, hydraulic complete sets of enterprises to provide supporting and after-sales market services, at the same time, the products will be fully introduced to the international market.
