Treatment: add enough oil according to regulations; cleaning filter, dredge the intake pipe; check and tighten the connection screws into the oil pipe section.
(3) oil pump and motor installation is not appropriate, that is, the pump shaft and motor shaft concentricity is not consistent, so that the oil pump bearing by radial force noise.
Treatment: check and adjust the concentricity of the oil pump and motor installation.
(4) The viscosity of the hydraulic oil is too large, making the pump self-priming ability to reduce the volumetric efficiency.
Treatment: Select the appropriate viscosity of the hydraulic oil, if the oil temperature is too low should open the heater.
Second, the axial piston pump working pressure gauge needle is not stable reasons and exclusions
(1) oil distribution disk and cylinder or plunger and cylinder wear between the serious, so that the internal and external leakage is too large.
Treatment: check and repair the mating surface of the oil distribution disk and the cylinder; single cylinder research, replace the plunger; tighten the screws at each connection to eliminate leakage.
(2) If it is an axial piston variable pump, it may be due to the variable angle of the variable mechanism is too small, resulting in too small a flow, the relative increase in internal leakage. As a result, the oil can not be continuously supplied and the pressure is unstable.
Treatment: appropriately increase the variable angle of the variable mechanism, and eliminate internal leakage.
(3) oil inlet pipe blockage, oil suction resistance and air leakage may cause pressure gauge needle instability.
Treatment: oil inlet pipe clogging, liquid flow resistance, you can dredge the oil pipeline to wash the inlet filter, check and tighten the oil inlet pipe section of the connecting screws, to exclude air leakage.
Third, the axial piston pump flow causes and elimination of insufficient methods

(1) The oil level of the oil tank is too low, the oil pipe, oil filter clogging or excessive resistance and air leakage.
Treatment: Check the height of the oil tank oil level. Insufficient should be added. Oil pipe, filter clogging should be unclogged and cleaned. Check and tighten the screws at each connection to eliminate air leakage.

(5) If it is variable axial piston pump, the variable angle may be too small.

(6) The hydraulic oil is not clean, the cylinder and oil distribution disk or cylinder and plunger wear, so that too much oil leakage.
Treatment: check the cylinder and oil distribution disk and plunger wear, depending on the situation, repair and replace the plunger.
(7) The oil temperature is too low, the viscosity of the oil decreases, resulting in increased internal leakage of the pump, the pump and accompanied by symptoms of heat.
Treatment: According to the temperature rise of the oil pump, select the appropriate viscosity of the hydraulic oil. Find out the reason why the oil temperature is too high or too low, and exclude in time.
Fourth, axial piston pump oil leakage of serious reasons and exclusion methods
(1) the oil pump combination of poor sealing, such as sealing ring damage.
Treatment: check the oil pump seal at each joint, replace the sealing ring.
